Time to sit down and menu plan before going to the grocery store. I often ask for help with planning and grocery list making, but typically I get a suggestion or two and that’s it. Richard’s pretty good, but the boys are notorious for complaining about not having something, but never telling me we need it. Oh well, I try.
Here’s the plans for the coming week:
Thursday: Fend for Yourself or FFY for short. The boys have an activity at school so simple is the name of the game.
Friday: Sliders. Not sure what I’m getting for deli to put in it yet.
Saturday: Chicken Nachos. We will be watching the UCF football game so I wanted something simple and easy that we can eat after the game.
Sunday: pancakes! The boys have been asking for pancakes all summer, but the big griddle was packed. So we will be making pancakes. I linked to the recipe that I use.
Monday: Tuna wraps. Why… cause I can’t think of something else to have and they are easy!
Tuesday: Taco Pizza Rolls. This is a new recipe for us, but it sounds right up our alley. who doesn’t love tacos?
Wednesday: Cheeseburger Macaroni: This too is a new recipe for us. I have made something like this in the past, but not for my guys. We will see what they think.
